Juan Manuel Marquez and Serhiy Fedchenko both made the junior welterweight limit of 140 pounds with no trouble.
Opening the PPV broadcast will be a lightweight bout between Mercito Gesta and Oscar Cuero, a showcase for Gesta, a talented young Filipino prospect. Both had some wiggle room here, with Cuero weighing in at 138, and Gesta at 137.
Mike Alvarado and Mauricio Herrera both weighed 140 pounds for their 10-round junior welterweight fight.
